Installation Guide


Simple. Strong. Professional Finish. ECOWall insulated cladding panels are designed for fast, clean installation across a range of residential and commercial applications.


STEP 1

Prepare the Framework. Ensure battens, noggings, or metal furring channels are installed correctly.

  • Framework must be level, straight and secure
  • Recommended spacing: 450mm-600mm centres
  • Install starter trims or channels if required

STEP 2

Measure & Cut Panels. Measure the wall or ceiling area carefully before cutting.

  • Cut panels accurately to suit the install area
  • Use suitable tools such as: Circular saw, Angle grinder, Fine-tooth blade
  • Always wear appropriate PPE

STEP 3

Install the First Panel. Start from one corner or edge and position the first panel carefully.

  • Check the panel is level and plumb
  • Secure using appropriate fixings, flat head screws or nails
  • Recommended fixing centres: up to 600mm

STEP 4

Interlock & continue. Install each panel tightly against the previous one.

  • Align the tongue-and-groove profile
  • Ensure panels fit neatly together
  • Continue fixing while checking alignment

STEP 5

Seal & Finish. Complete the install with trims, sealant, and flashing where required.

  • Seal joints and exposed edges
  • Fit trims for a clean, finished appearance
  • Ensure insulation core is not exposed to moisture

Joints tight and consistent

/ Trims and flashings installed

/ Sealant applied where required
